With the PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 Dumbbell Set, you can set many different weights. This base set consists of 2 dumbbells, each with a handle weighing 5 lbs (2.3 kg) and 4 weight blocks of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) each, allowing you to adjust the total weight. Additionally, you can insert 2 bars of 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg) each into every dumbbell, allowing you to increase the weight in smaller increments. This brings the total weight per dumbbell to 50 lbs (23 kg). When you're ready for heavier weights, the Stage 1 set can optionally be expanded to 70 lbs (32 kg) with Stage 2 and to 90 lbs (41 kg) with Stage 3.

You can easily adjust the weight of the PowerBlocks using a U-shaped magnetic pin. Together with the steel weight blocks, this system ensures that you can set the desired weight quickly and easily, while the PowerBlocks consist of very few loose parts. The selected weight can be read from the convenient chart on the dumbbells. Each weight is also color-coded on the sides of the weight blocks.
