This Stage 2 Set delivers extra solid steel weight blocks (4.5 kg / 10 lbs each). As soon as you add these to your Stage 1 set, you instantly unlock the following heavy weight steps: 24.9 kg, 26.1 kg, 27.2 kg, 29.5 kg, 30.6 kg, and 32 kg (55 to 70 lbs). Want to train even heavier in the future? Then this set provides the perfect foundation to grow further later on with the Stage 3 Set (up to a maximum of 41 kg).
