By adding the PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 3 Set to your PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 + Stage 2 Set, you can increase the weight per dumbbell up to a maximum of 90 lbs (41 kg). The Stage 3 Set consists of 2 steel weight blocks of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) each. With this, you can set the following weights: 75 lbs (34 kg), 77.5 lbs (35.2 kg), 80 lbs (36.3 kg), 85 lbs (38.6 kg), 87.5 lbs (39.7 kg), and 90 lbs (41 kg).

Note: The PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 3 Set is only compatible with the combination of PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 Dumbbell Set + Stage 2.
