Heavy Duty Smith Machine

The big advantage of the Smith Machine is safety. You can secure the safety spotters at the desired height. A unique feature of the Smith bar is that it feels weightless; you train purely with the weight of Olympic plates that you add yourself.

This also allows you to train very lightly and perform exercises to perfection. The bar features bearings for a smooth movement without friction. The maximum load capacity of the Smith bar is a staggering 400 kg.

Squat Rack

You can also train with free weights. The J-hooks can be adjusted to the desired height for your barbell. For optimal safety, the safety spotters are included with the FSM-400.

The safety spotters can handle a load of up to 280 kg and, in an emergency, catch the barbell for a safe workout.
