Product description

A Weighted Swiss Ball is used in the same way as a regular Swiss Ball. The ball serves as an unstable surface to make exercises more challenging and build core strength, with the added benefit of a 1 kg iron sand filling. This filling ensures that the Swiss Ball immediately stops rolling and stays in place, even during intensive workouts.

The Weighted Swiss Ball features the same extra sturdy, robust construction and a load capacity of 500 kg as our Studio Pro Swiss Balls. The gym ball is made of non-slip PVC for optimal grip and is equipped with anti-burst technology. This means that the ball safely and slowly deflates in the event of a puncture. The firmness can be adjusted with a Swiss Ball Pump, as long as the indicated diameter is not exceeded.
