This rowing machine is highly compact in size yet delivers a solid workout thanks to its adjustable resistance system that combines both air and magnetic resistance. The feature-rich console includes multiple programs and a backlit display, and it connects via Bluetooth® to your smartphone so you can optionally use Kinomap. Once your workout is complete, you can simply store the rowing machine vertically to save valuable floor space.

Construction

With dimensions of 167.5 x 90 x 53.5 cm, the Newton Fitness XR-450 Rowing Machine is exceptionally compact, making it highly desirable for home use where space is often limited. Despite its compact footprint, the rower remains remarkably stable and the rowing motion feels incredibly smooth. This is further enhanced by the ergonomically designed seat and the comfortable, secure handlebar.

Storage and Mobility

While the Newton Fitness XR-450 Rowing Machine does not fold, storing it away is an absolute breeze. You can easily stand the rower vertically to rest safely on its integrated rubber feet. This ensures the machine occupies minimal space when not in use. Thanks to the built-in transport wheels, you can effortlessly roll the rowing machine into place before or after your workout.

Adjustable Air & Magnetic Resistance

Thanks to the combination of air and magnetic resistance, the XR-450's resistance system delivers a premium rowing experience. The air resistance provides a natural, dynamic progression, while you can adjust the base resistance level electronically via the console across 16 different levels. During built-in workouts, the resistance automatically scales up or down according to the selected program profile.

Console with Programs and Kinomap

The console of the Newton Fitness XR-450 comes pre-loaded with several challenging training programs. All your workout metrics are clearly displayed on the crisp backlit display. In addition, you can pair your smartphone via Bluetooth® to unlock the interactive potential of the Kinomap app. Your smartphone stays securely held during your session in the built-in device pocket.

Tablet Holder

Whenever you want to train interactively or watch your favorite series, you can place your tablet or smartphone on the dedicated tablet holder in front of the display. This provides the perfect distraction during your workout. Because the console control buttons are smartly located beneath the tablet holder, you can seamlessly adjust the resistance at any given moment.

Heart Rate Monitoring (Optional)

The console of the Newton Fitness XR-450 features a built-in wireless heart rate receiver (5.3 kHz). This means your pulse can be accurately tracked in real-time on the screen whenever you wear a compatible chest strap. This enables highly focused, heart-rate-zone-driven workouts. Chest straps are optionally available for purchase.
