To determine the correct size/weight of your gloves, follow the chart below:
38 - 55 kg 10 oz
55 - 65 kg 12 oz
65 - 85 kg 14 oz
> 85 kg 16 oz
During competitions, fighting is normally done with 10 oz. Do you want to train heavier and put more weight on your arms to keep it up and keep training? Take one size larger/heavier.
