With this high-quality attachment and an Olympic barbell, you can instantly add a wide range of dynamic, functional exercises to your routine. Thanks to its three-dimensional freedom of movement, you can effectively improve your strength, explosiveness, and core stability.
The concept is simple: attach the landmine to the machine and slide a 50 mm barbell into the sleeve. On the other end of the bar, you can add Olympic weight plates as desired to achieve the perfect resistance.
