This 50 mm Rubber Olympic Tri-Grip Plate Set (incl. spring collars) consists of barbell, weights and has a total weight of 100 kg. The barbell is made of durable metal and the weights have a rubber coating that protects against rust and a have a dampening effect. This set is ideal for freestanding exercises as well as in combination with a weight bench or a rack. The barbell is equipped with extra-grip handles, so you have the best grip.
