The BodyCraft F438 RFT (Rack Functional Trainer) is the ultimate upgrade for your BodyCraft F430 Power Rack. This option is built for maximum flexibility, safety, and an unprecedented variety of exercises. Thanks to the robust construction and integrated pulleys, you can transform your rack into a fully-fledged all-in-one strength station. With no less than 6 independent pulley sections, you lift your strength training to a professional level.

The system is extremely user-friendly: all adjustments are made via a smooth pop-pin system in small 2-inch increments. Thanks to the laser-etched numbering on the inside of the uprights, you can always set your catchers, spotters, and pulleys quickly and at the exact same height.

Functional Front Pulleys (23 positions)

On the front, you will find dual, independently adjustable swiveling pulleys with 23 height positions. Simply pull the pop-pin and slide the pulley to your desired position. Whether it is chest flyes, lateral raises, or core rotations; the pulleys fluidly follow every range of motion.

Dual Independent Low Pulleys

At the rear of the RFT, there are two independent low pulleys. This station is the perfect foundation for heavy Seated Rows, Bicep Curls, and specific ab exercises. The independent operation ensures an optimal balance in your muscle development.

Dual Independent High Pulleys

Double, independently rotating high pulleys are mounted at the top rear. Use them in combination with the included Lat bar for heavy back training, or with the single handles for tricep extensions and face pulls.

Cable Pulley Specifications:

• Weight Stacks: Two fully independent stacks of 90 kg each (precision-milled steel with nylon bushings for noise-free operation).
• Pulleys: 4.5-inch diameter, manufactured from fiberglass-impregnated nylon with sealed ball bearings.
• Cables: High-quality 7x19-strand aircraft cable with nylon coating and a tensile strength of over 900 kg.
• Guide Rods: Chromed steel guide rods (2.5 cm diameter) for a silky-smooth run.
• Protection: Includes protective shrouds around the rear weight stacks for maximum safety.
