Built like a tank and designed for ultimate versatility: the BodyCraft F605 FID Bench is simply unbeatable in its class. Thanks to the industrial ladder adjustment system, you can switch lightning-fast between seven different positions, ranging from a -20° decline to an 85° upright position.

Stability is guaranteed by the unique 3-point frame and the rubber anti-slip feet, ensuring the bench stands rock-solid on any surface. After your workout, you can effortlessly maneuver the bench using the integrated handle and transport wheels, allowing you to store it vertically to save valuable space.

Modular Expansion: This bench can be expanded with the optional F615 Hold Down Kit. This kit is essential for heavy decline exercises and also makes it possible to add the F611 Leg Extension and F610 Arm Curl attachments.
