Due to the specific angle of this handle, the load on your back and shoulder muscles is optimally shifted compared to a standard straight bar. This allows you to stimulate your muscle groups from a new angle, providing more effective results and greater variety in your training schedule.

This heavy-duty handle is specifically designed for landmine exercises and T-Bar Rows. The XA6736 is exclusively suitable for use in combination with 50 mm Olympic barbells.
