Product description

The Pro Suspension Trainer is a portable lightweight training system which allows you to train at any time, wherever a door frame, wall anchor or tree is present! Use your own body weight as resistance to strengthen the whole body. Suspension Training increases flexibility and endurance and helps you develop and maintain a strong core.

  • Tested to more than 450 kg.
  • Made of hi-strength polyester with industrial stitching.
  • Equipped with unique steel T-fastener buckles for quick adjustment of the Apex Style straps. Adjustable from 1.2 to 2.5 m (excluding Anchor Strap).
  • The Apex Style straps attach to the Anchor Strap (1.25 m) at 5 different attachment points when used in combination with a door anchor or attachment point on the wall (not included).
  • Alternatively, the Anchor Strap can be attached to an attachment point on the wall or wrapped around a tree or object (circumference of up to 1.1 m)
  • High-quality ABS hand grips and integrated foot grips.
  • Comes in a handy storage bag.
