The PowerMark WS210 Weight Stack is a complete weight stack for cable stations and lat-pulley systems. With this weight stack, you train using a practical selector-pin system, allowing you to quickly set the training weight simply by moving the pin.
The designation WS210 refers to the maximum training weight of the weight stack: 210 lbs (approximately 95 kg). The weight plates are made of solid steel with a durable black powder coating. The weight can be increased in increments of 10 lbs (4.53 kg).
This weight stack is used as a weight source for various lat-pulldown and low-row cable systems and provides a practical alternative to plate-loaded pulley systems where weight plates need to be added manually.
