Product description

The Power Lifting Chains of Pivot Fitness are heavy iron chains that can be attached to a barbell, dumbbell or EZ bar. These chains are ideally suited for progressive strength training such as bench presses, deadlifts, squats etc. The advantage of training with these chains is that the weight of the exercise is getting heavier as it comes of the floor. This way you increase the load gradually as you lift.
