The Kroon Adjustable Hand Trainer Pro (also known as a hand gripper or grip strengthener) is a compact device designed to increase strength in your hands, wrists, and forearms.

The distinguishing feature of this hand trainer is its adjustable resistance: instead of buying multiple grippers for each training stage, you can adjust the resistance on this model.

How does it work?

It has a rotary knob on the front connected to a strong metal spring. By turning this knob, you change the tension of the spring.

  • Light resistance: Starting at around 10 kg. Ideal for rehabilitation or a warm-up.
  • Heavy resistance: On most models, it can go up to 40 kg. Suitable for serious strength training.
