The PowerMark 660LR Lat/Low Row Machine is a compact and versatile multi-gym, specifically designed for effective training of the back and arm muscles. Whether you focus on the width of your back with the lat pulldown or on the thickness with the seated row, this station provides a stable foundation for a complete upper body workout.
Flexible plate-loaded system
The 660LR utilizes a plate-loaded system, which means you train with your own weight plates. Unique to this machine is its versatility: thanks to the removable adapters, the station is suitable for both 30 mm plates and 50 mm Olympic weight plates. You therefore fully determine your own training weight.
Optimal ergonomics: Adjustable seat and leg locks
Correct posture is essential to prevent injuries and maximize results. With the prominent red knob and the smooth pop-pin system, you adjust the seat and the leg locks within seconds. As a result, every user enjoys perfect positioning and maximum support during heavy lifts.
Dual pulley for maximum variety
Thanks to the high & low pulley, the number of possible exercises on a single station is significantly increased. Use the high pulley for lat pulldowns and triceps extensions, or switch to the low pulley for seated rows and biceps curls.
Upgrade option: WS210 Weight Stack
