The EAU-ME Board is a next-generation balance board. A patented combination of classic balance training with the element of water. In principle, a balance board is suitable for all ages; with regular use, fitness level and balance are improved in a non-straining way (gentle on the joints) - at home, at work, or in the studio.

Simply put, the EAU-ME Board is all about balance. The device simulates an unstable, constantly changing surface. This continuously stimulates the body to react whenever the balance board changes direction. These compensatory movements engage the deeper muscle groups while the body constantly responds to new stimuli and impulses during movement.
