Newton Fitness T12 Treadmill Commercial Black Series

The Newton Fitness T12 is the heaviest and largest commercial treadmill in our range. With a weight of no less than 238 kg, 3 hp AC motor and a luxurious running surface of 163x60 cm, it is a hell of a treadmill that is suitable for professional use in a hotel, physiotherapy practice, small gym or in the training room at home when you are looking for quality and luxury. In addition to the maximum speed of 21 km per hour, the incline can be adjusted from -3% to 18%, allowing you to walk downhill as well as uphill.

3 HP AC motor

The treadmill is equipped with a low-noise and very powerful 3 hp AC motor. This is a type of motor preferred in commercial treadmills because a AC motor is more powerful, less sensitive to wear and more durable compared to a DC motor. A DC motor is often part of treadmills made for home use. Thanks to the strong 3 hp AC motor, the treadmill can be used intensively and can long lasting.

Tread 160x63 cm

The Newton Fitness T12 has a luxurious running surface of no less than 160x63 cm. This is the largest running surface of all treadmills our range! This allows you to enjoy optimal comfort during training.

Heavy construction

With a weight of 238 kg, the treadmill is rock solid, even during more intensive workouts. The heavier the weight of a treadmill, the less the structure moves, which provides more stability. The heavy construction, heavy parts and strong 3 hp AC motor ensure that the treadmill can be used intensively and is suitable for users with a maximum weight of 200 kg.

Damping System

Each step taken comes down to the tread and the damping system. The cushioning system of the treadmill ensures that every step is well cushioned, making walking feel comfortable. This reduces the chance of injuries compared to walking on a hard subfloor. The steps are well absorbed and thanks to the heavy construction there is little movement in the treadmill self.

Incline -3% +18%

While walking, the speed can be set to a max of 21 km per hour. In addition, the slope (incline) can be set from -3% to 18%, allowing you to walk both downhill and uphill, level 18% being very steep. This is a unique feature which is not present on every treadmill and gives variation in training.

LED Display

All training data is clearly displayed on the illuminated LED screens of the computer panel. The computer has a number pre-programmed programs and also Bluetooth® and the possibility to work with the apps Kinomap and Zwift. Both apps offer many possibilities and variation in training. The front of the computer panel contains a ledge on which a smartphone/tablet can be placed.

Heart rate measurement

You can measure your heart rate during exercise by holding the built-in sensors in the handles. The computer also contains one built-in receiver, so you can also measure your heart rate wirelessly using a chest strap (optionally available). Wearing the chest strap gives a better measurement and is recommended if you use the heart rate controlled program. If you want to measure your heart rate every now and then while walking, the built-in sensors are a great solution.
