This extension is ideal for athletes looking for maximum freedom of movement and functionality. Thanks to the smooth pulley, which is adjustable to no less than 17 different heights, you can seamlessly switch between an endless variety of cable exercises.
From tricep push-downs and bicep curls to intensive back and core exercises: this attachment makes it all possible. Attach various cable handles to the sturdy carabiner in seconds to perfectly target specific muscle groups. To get started right away, this attachment comes standard with one single D-handle included.
